IS THERE ANY LIMIT OF HOW MANY SERVICES I CAN CREATE?

No. You can list unlimited Services at Microjobr.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR A SERVICE AT MICROJOBR?

We currently only support PayUMoney to pay for Services.

 

HOW LONG ARE MY SERVICES ACTIVE ON MICROJOBR?

Your Services are active as long as you want them to. You can delete your Services at any time.

 

WHEN CAN I WITHDRAW MY EARNINGS?

You can withdraw your earnings 5 days after the order is marked as completed.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY USERNAME?

Usernames cannot be changed once an account is registered. When an account is registered on Microjobr, a username is required to complete the registration. Your username is unique and is associated with your Microjobr  orders, Jobs, and ratings.

 

HOW DO I ORDER A SERVICE?

To order a Gig, simply go to a seller’s Job page and click on the Buy button. If your seller is eligible to provide Job Extras before clicking Buy, add your Job extra to your purchase.

 

CAN I WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY MICROJOBR ACCOUNT?

You can only withdraw money from your Microjobr account if you are a seller and have earned revenue through Microjobr. Revenue earned through Microjobr is deposited to your sales balance and is available for withdrawal after Microjobr’s clearance period.

If you made a purchase as a buyer and received a refund, it will appear in your shopping balance for use on another purchase of equal or less than the amount in your shopping balance.

 

DO I PAY MY SELLER DIRECTLY?

Buyers pay Microjobr for orders in advance. You may not pay other users directly using any method other than ordering through the Microjobr order page. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately.

 

CAN I PARTIALLY CANCEL AN ORDER?

Orders cannot be partially cancelled or refunded at this time. Once an order is created and there is a need to partially cancel/refund your buyer, you must cancel the order and the buyer must replace the order.

 

HOW CAN I CONTACT A BUYER?

Sellers cannot contact new buyers. The only way to communicate with a buyer is if an order is initiated, a “Conversation” thread is created and you will be able to communicate with the buyer. You may also contact the buyer if the buyer contacts you first.

 

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you forgot your password, please go back to Microjobr and click Sign In > Forgot Password. Enter the email used to log in to to your account. A password reset email will be sent to that address if the email matches the account.

 

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD ATTACHMENTS AND FILES?

When receiving emails, you have the option to download attached files. Also, when accepting deliveries from the seller, you can download the delivered files.

If you are experiencing issues with downloading files to your computer, follow these steps:

  • Review your browser extensions (i.e. additional features for your web browser).
  • Review if you have any firewall or antivirus software, which prevent downloads.
  • Clear browser cache/cookies (i.e. temporary files in your browser).
  • Verify that Adobe Flash is updated to the latest version.
  • Verify whether or not you have a pop-up blocker enabled. If so, disable it for microjobr.com.

To view files you’ve downloaded:

  • In Chrome, click Windows > Downloads.
  • In Internet Explorer, click Tools > View downloads.

Select the download you want and then show folder to review it.

 

HOW DO I USE MY SHOPPING BALANCE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES?

If you have funds in your account balance, it will be automatically applied to your next purchase, but only in the event that your balance covers the entire purchase amount.

An order may only be paid from a single funding source. So, if the order you are placing is larger than the funds available in your shopping balance, you will be redirected to PayUMoney for a funding source, and the funds in your shopping balance will remain until you place an order that is equal or smaller than your balance.

 

DO I OWN WHAT IS DELIVERED TO ME?

Ownership and limitations: Unless clearly stated otherwise in the Job description text, when the work is delivered, the buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights for the work delivered from the seller and the seller waives any and all moral rights therein. All transfer and assignment of intellectual property to buyer shall be subject to full payment for the Job.

 

WHAT IMAGE SIZE CAN I UPLOAD FOR MY JOB LISTING?

The minimum image size is (width X height) 400px X 300px, max you can upload 6 images totaling 10MB in size. If you have large image you may use plenty of online resources to reduce the image size.

Relevant and good quality images enhances the listing quality and drives higher traffic to the listing translating to higher sales.

 

HOW DO I REGISTER ON MICROJOBR?

You can use the register link on the top right side of home page to register. To make the registration process easy you may also register with any of the social accounts (Google+, FB, Twitter) credentials.
